EIT Alumni Impact Report 2018

2018 marked the third year of an EIT Alumni Community guided by the EIT Alumni Board, and a period of growth and stability under the leadership of President Falko Döring. The introduction of dedicated Cross-Community Managers strengthened bridges between networks and enhanced collaboration across KIC alumni communities. This year’s milestones included piloting a partner-based edition of the EIT Alumni Start-up Days, welcoming EIT RawMaterials Alumni into the network, surpassing 5,000 members, and hosting our first independently organised EIT Alumni CONNECT. From keynote contributions at the European Youth Event to the launch of the Women@EIT Leadership Intensive, our members showcased the diversity and potential of the community. With stability came progress, laying the foundation for continued cross-sectoral collaboration and impact in the years ahead.
